Cooking Recipes - Oysters miso soup



Material:
250 gr fresh oysters, wash out
100 gr fresh oyster mushrooms
2 stalk spring onion, cut into
150 gr spinach, cut

Mayonnaise:
750 ml soy milk
2 tablespoons yellow miso
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
20 gr onions, finely chopped
75 milli liters of Japanese soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon sugar

Method:
Prepare the pan, put all sauce ingredients
Cook over low heat until boiling,
enter fresh oysters, boil until cooked.
Add mushrooms, spinach and onions dun
Boil until tender
Serve.
